So Pittsburgh announcers making a classless joke is wrong but posts like this are ok?

I'm a fan, plus I hate Chicago and friggin Byfuglien. He's a paid professinal mocking a man who died in a plane crash and laughing. Am I laughing? Nope, I'm sick and tired of having the Wings be outclassed and then be ******* about it.

Garbage. Lidstrom, Datsyuk, Stuart, Holmstrom, Bertuzzi and the rest of the veterans who were supposed to lead these place holders need to take a long hard look in the mirror.

YEP if Babcock actually has a nutsack he better be slapping each one of those players in the face with it, after a game like that

Maybe Lebda is trying to up his game. I am not being sarcastic. He is fully aware of the mistakes he makes and a basic human thing is the idea of "progress." He is trying to progress his hockey skills!

You i like, congrats on the back to back shutouts.

You know it will be more of a game when we start getting bodies back.

Niemi played very good.

We had a good first and after that just seemed to lose steam, Hawks got the lead and milked the clock and were sound defensively.

Flip is back next game so there is something to look forward to, when we are fully healthy i hope Janik is playing over Lebda.

Merry Christmas all

GO WINGS!

I'll gladly take the two points.

People who didn't watch the games may think the Hawks "dominated" the last two as they won both by 3-0 scores. The reality is both teams played like horses*** and the Hawks were lucky enough to net some goals and get timely goaltending (especially Niemi tonight). I don't think this crap will cut it though when you guys are healthy, OR in the POs against other good teams.

What's good for the Hawks is that they have played pretty piss poor hockey the last several games yet only have one loss to show for it. And that game may have been the best overall game the Hawks played (outside the PPs). When you play like crap but still manage to win games it shows you have a pretty good team. With that said the Hawks NEED to play better hockey.

none of that means s***, when your posting red goal lights in an opposing teams forum, that is obviously losing and hurt!

I thought Lebda and Meech were pretty impressive tonight which is something I didn't expect at all.

Another thing, what's the point of calling up Kindl/Ritola if they're only going to play a handful of crappy minutes?

I thought the Hawks did dominate both games, but they still didn't play as good as they can either.

It really is funny how Hawk fans are sitting atop the world right now. They beat a group of AHL players in the freaking regular season.

Theyve also beaten plenty of teams that are healthy and are very good.

Theyve also beaten plenty of teams that are healthy and are very good.

They also lost to the Sharks who are battling it out with them for first in the west. So that was the statement game for the Hawks two nights ago and they lost at home on Versus.

Niemi should be start #1.

Well boys, as much as I'd kind of like it if you didn't make the playoffs, good luck on getting healthy as I'd rather see the Hawks try to beat a healthy team than a bunch of fill-ins. If any of you are tight with mother nature pull some strings for me as I'm attempting to drive from KC to northern Iowa for the holidays. Good night folks.

I imagine that there's many hockey fans around the league who would like to see Byfuglien get the "Steve Moore" treatment.

Or at least they wouldn't mind if it happened.
