I've been saying it for a few years now, he's a poor man's Filppula.
Very highly skilled, good size, quite resposible defensively, can play in all situations, and yet despite all that the points doing seem to come. In saying that, he's got 17 points in his past 22 games or something similar so they're starting to come.
He's just a very solid all-round hockey player who should be a Wing next season and down the track I see him as a 20 point type player who is a good character guy.

Ritola has a really big upside but the one thing he needs to work on and what will guarantee him a spot on this team, his SHOT! Flippula 2.0 needs tof****** shoot.
