Finally our line-up is starting to look more like the Detroit Red Wings.

I'd prefer to see Leino in over Miller though, Miller's been pretty ineffective of late whereas Leino was just starting to improve his play.

And the 3rd and 4th lines ain't exactly chopped liver with their hustle and grind. Yahoo!

agreed, the afterburner line can now create energy and turnovers without as much pressure to score like before

4th line is solid, Miller has been a nice addition

would be great to see zetterberg come back and get a quick goal in this game.

itd be very disappointing to see the Wings' not take this one and start climbing backinto theplayoff picture. enough of this nonsense.

I'm hoping they start to look like the actual Red Wings, but I still am not expecting to much considering we looked like s*** with a healthy line up.

Let's get a good win tonight! Hopefully Z and Cleary look solid tonight.

Go Wings. Welcome back Z and Newfoundland. RWNW rep us loud and proud there! Drown the King fans out. As a SoCal native I have found King fans to be pretty quiet. I will be at the game 2/6/10 to help RWNW rep. I am going this weekend to watch the Kings and Blues game. If the Wings win Thurs, ill cheer for the Kings on Saturday, if not I'll be going for the Blues. Kings are my second favorite team so this is tough for me. Regardless, I am going to wear a Red Wings shirt saturday. I wonder If I will get booed or anything. :D

This game is MUST WIN for the wings. Currently 5 points back of NSH in 8th and LA in 7th. If we lose this in regulation we'll be 7 points behind the Kings and slipping dangerously far from the playoff positions.

Regulation win Detroit. Nothing else will do.

The reason we are quiet is that we have not had anything to root for in awhile. You were probably too young to remember the Gretzky era. There was nothing quiet about those times. The Forum was always rocking. Staples has been rocking lately so you might be in for a surprise.

Anyway, should be a good game.

"A January game against the Kings has never meant so much". That cracked me up.
