You know better than to not finish your sentences, someone of the Grammar Nazi's are going to have a fit...

Don't split infinitives.
A comma is not the right punctuation in that spot. Use a period. Anything else is probably above you.
"Someone" is singular. "Are" is plural. "Of the Grammar Nazis" is a prepositional phrase and therefore has no bearing on the subject/verb agreement.
Do not use an apostrophe to make a plural unless that which you are pluralizing is a number (3's), letter (f's), symbol (&'s), or acronym (VCR's).

I am astounded that your high school allowed you to graduate, and even more astonished that you now are being trained to stick things in people's butts.

I am. I've built my own deck, replaced my own floorboards, remodeled my own bathroom (including marble tiling on the wall above the sink), and laid my own tiles and carpet.

I do not do carpet, like the downstairs I work on clean and smooth....

And to answer your question, 2000 sq ft of sub-floor and then hardwood, and 450 sq feet of ceramic tile with while pouring the floor, not using the pre-fab crap.

You must only be good at doing things while you are on your back/knees since little ole you can not handle a paint scraper.
