ok, im pretty sure quite of us have had those hard drinking nights. the next day, what food do you find comfort in eating?

Lots of water. Crackers or plain bread is good if your tummy can handle it.
My money on the board pledge:
$1 for each goal scored by a player after whom I have named a hamster.
An additional $5 for each hat trick scored by a player after whom I have named a hamster.
An additional $10 if any of the above goals is the GWG goal that gives us the series win.
An additional $50 if it is the GWG that wins us the Cup.
$5 for a SO by Jimmy.

I was going to mention the "hair of the dog". Reminds me of younger, wilder days. Now it seems I'l always the driver and only have a few drinks early in the evening and switch to soda. I miss small towns where you can walk anywhere you want to go.

before bed. drink some water/gatorade. then water in the morning and something really greasy for breakfast and lunch. i always get wendy's
But you just don't put the third letter of the alphabet over your heart and replace Steve Yzerman!

Yeah I always have the biggest glass of water I can handle and a piece of plain bread before I go to bed. When I wake up, I have another glass of water and take a shower immediately. Hanging around in bed only makes my hangover worse. After I get my s*** together, it has to be something greasy, like MacDonald's. I don't know what it is about the grease but it seems to work wonders. After this, you go home or sit down on your couch, put on a movie thats only slightly entertaining, take a Tylenol and nap.
If you have to work, you are screwed either way.
P.S. I used to drink orange juice and gatorade, but now I just relate the taste of that stuff to being hungover, which makes me feel sicker.

i also find taking 2 tylenols before you hit the sack, and taking a huge glass of water to bed works as well

Only thing I have not seen mentioned yet is -- take a multi-vitamin before you go to bed.
Many believe a hangover is also a large result of a lack of Vitamin B12... Vitamin C also helps your liver break down the alchohol.

Right on. I usually try to take a multi-vit before bed too, but it usually doesn't happen till the morning. Good call.

i got a remedy from a friend called BRAT diet.
B- banana
R- rice
A- apple sauce
T- toast.
i did banana and apple sauce and i felt better than i did. also, i found that water just kept me feeling bad so gatorade.
and NEVER eat anything dairy or take zantac (unless you wanna actually throw up)
