Doggy 130 Report post Posted February 9, 2010 (edited) As far as I know, there are no waivers after the trade deadline. No, the trade deadline is for trades. Waivers is applicable until the day after the regular season or thereabouts IIRC. Regardless, nothing changes after March 3 with regards to call-ups. MacK_Attack 108 Report post Posted February 9, 2010 Waivers still exist after the trade deadline, but if a player gets claimed on waivers after March 3rd, he's ineligible to play for that team for the remainder of the season, so a team has to really want the player to make a claim. So basically, you can put players on waivers after March 3rd with little worry about a player being claimed.
