Thanks I'm pretty sure you can stream it through NBC.com, if not there should be a billion links on myp2p.com
Guest Howard He Do It?! Report post Posted February 16, 2010 nbcolympics.com should be streaming it live.

Third Man In 2,091 Report post Posted February 16, 2010 http://www.nbcolympics.com/video/live-full-replays.html This is only useful if you have cable, satellite or IPTV and it's through a provider that is in 'partnership' with NBC Olympics. Use. less. There are some links up at myP2P, but no telling yet if they'll work or be of decent quality. Apparently NBC is going to be aggressively blocking streams of things they can't be bothered to show on NBC, let alone live, to make sure as few people as possible can see it. Although that article you linked sounds like you cant watch anything online other than curling and hockey. at least I can watch hockey. a mere 400 hours of video will be shown live online. And should you be a enthusiast of something other than curling or hockey, you will not feel terribly lucky. Nothing other than curling and hockey will be shown live online. Nothing. I was hoping to watch some biathlon

There are some links up at myP2P, but no telling yet if they'll work or be of decent quality. Apparently " target="_blank">NBC is going to be aggressively blocking streams of things they can't be bothered to show on NBC, let alone live, to make sure as few people as possible can see it. About a hunnert years ago there used to be a standard for broadcasting mandating that all stations/channels/networks must "broadcast in the public interest". Honestly, that actually used to mean something. With ESPN/ABC/Disney, Comcast/NBC/Versus, USA network, ad nauseum, it means absolute jacks***. And the people in charge (i.e., the FCC) frankly and simply do.not.give.a.damn.
Vladifan 680 Report post Posted February 16, 2010 Good article. I feel like NBC is setting fire to every bridge they cross these days. We can only hope that Comcast/NBC pushes it so far that the FCC will finally get off their monopoly-loving asses and get involved. It has to be only a matter of time until Comcast demands that cable and satellite companies pay exorbitant fees to carry the NBC network. Why else did all that happen (Comcast+NBC+Versus)? evilmrt 636 Report post Posted February 16, 2010 Dumbass NBC, I'm locked out since I don't subscribe to a "partner" provider. If anyone sees a good feed, put it here.
EastLansingNative 1 Report post Posted February 16, 2010 Not sure if my cable meets the requirements for me to watch a live feed, but I'm not seeing anything immediately that says I'm ineligible. Only thing I am seeing is that the game hasn't started yet, and I can get a TXT alert sent when it does start. If I can watch it from my PC: Is there anyone out there that has experience with setting up a stream that could walk me through it in 10 minutes? (I'm 1337 , so if you know what you're doing, we should be able to get it going pretty quick.) I've got upstream to spare as well... but if everyone jumps on and it makes it so I can't work, I'll have to shut it down.
EastLansingNative 1 Report post Posted February 16, 2010 BOOYAH! I'm watching curling as we speak. (Comcast is eligible...) Anyone want to watch with me? I can't get away from work long enough to research setup myself, so I need a hand to get it done quick!
EastLansingNative 1 Report post Posted February 16, 2010 Nevermind, I'm going to go be an "asshat" and watch it in HD on TV.
evilmrt 636 Report post Posted February 16, 2010 I'd tell you how to stream it if I knew a good way...haha. I found a link, if anyone is desperate, PM me.
