StevieBoy 2 Report post Posted February 18, 2010 Hey guys...a few years back I remember a thread with this amazing high res picture from the moment where Roy dropped the puck while in the Statue Of Liberty pose. It was a pretty picture that showed him, and detail of the fans in the background with horrified looks on their faces. I thought I had downloaded it but I can't find it. I've also googled but can't find it. Does anyone still have this image?

Electrophile 3,554 Report post Posted February 18, 2010 This team misses a lot of things, namely healthy players. I KNOW we'd be playing better if we hadn't be decimated by so many freak or untimely injuries. It's like last year's playoffs just carried over.

seeinred 1,488 Report post Posted February 18, 2010 This brought a smile to my face. It also reminded me about how my dad and I got into a screaming match over whether the puck was going in by itself or not.

cupforwings 138 Report post Posted February 18, 2010 that picture is awesome... 6 world-class hockey players in the biggest rivalry in hockey (back then of course)... You have Yzerman, Shanahan, Federov, Forsberg, Roy, and Blake... I wish it was still like that

Doc Holliday 1,888 Report post Posted February 18, 2010 It would be if it wasn't for the NHL promoting a total of 2 players. For Pete's sake.... How are players not world talents if they aren't promoted by the NHL? The reason there aren't that many hall of fame players on one team is because of the SALARY CAP.
