Especially since you can't fight in the Olympics, so there can be no real "retaliation" for it. That's uber-classy.

I think I can speak for everyone when I say, we don't hate Canada or Canadians. We hate the players on their team, players we hate when they're playing for their regular NHL teams. We have nothing against Canada or Canadians.

I think I can speak for everyone when I say, we don't hate Canada or Canadians. We hate the players on their team, players we hate when they're playing for their regular NHL teams. We have nothing against Canada or Canadians.

I know it's heat of the moment stuff, it's just funny. If this were Detroit vs all these players on another team I'd probably be with you except for a few players.

Agreed. No hate for Canada here. Just hate for the asshats on their team i.e. Crysby, Pronger, Nierdermayer, Getzloaf, Perry, Iginla, Morrow....I'll stop there before I name pretty much their whole roster.

I will honestly feel sorry for all the heat that Stevie & Babs will take when they don't win gold though.
