HankthaTank - Squirrels, they hate to be thrown. / Why is the magical unicorn named Brian... Jedi - I just downloaded the "kids" book, "Go the F--k to Sleep" as narrated by Samuel L. Jackson on my kindle. I am now ready to be a daddy. / *Checks Router* No, I'm positive I didn't hit the "Wings Defense Sucks" button. Electrophile - I'm just glad the Wings were able to win despite the Curse of Brian. ACallToArms - I think Trey needs to put something about payroll tax and deferred income in his sig... Edicius - I'd rather [have] a soundbite of me saying "I like (man sausage)" rather than "I like Crosby".

"The stick and glove are priceless," Len Rhodes, vice president and general manager for Reebok Hockey CCM, said Saturday night. "There's absolutely no substitute for that exact stick and glove."
Reebok has set up a special e-mail acount for people to send in tips. Hockey Canada also is trying to figure out what happened and security officers are reviewing video that shows people leaving the rink with sticks.
Rhodes said Reebok will work with the authorities to trace Crosby's gear, awarding the cash prize to the person who leads them to the pieces of Olympic history.

If they find the stuff, how would they be able to authenticate that it was his stick and gloves from that game? Just curious. I've always wondered that with game pucks and that sort of thing.

A spokesman for Reebok said there are special marks and date codes on the stick to indentify it. Didn't Miss Cindy jersey come up missing after one of the world junior championships?Update: Stick and gloves still missing. Jockstrap found in the bed of someone still unidentified, but referred to by an anonymous source as "Harry Fettman". The NHL is investigating.

Here's an idea, why doesn't Sid just buy new equipment? It's not like he's hurting for money, he makes $9 Million and lives in Mario's basement.
I know I know it's his game winning gear.
It's not about Crosby, I don't think. I'm pretty sure it is about the NHL and Canada getting a hold of a "historical" stick, considering how big of a goal that was.

Way to go guys! Another day that nobody could get through without talking about Crosby. LGW is worse then NBC.
oh wow how wise you are! nobody on this forum has heard this a million times from people who think they're telling us something new... anyways, this is more about the equipment than crosby there genius
also, why is it pathetic to say s*** about crosby, but not pathetic to constantly berate those posters on Af****** RED WINGS FORUM
i don't even talk much s*** about cindy but people like you are a hell of a lot more annoying than people whining about crosby... oh but i understand, you probably couldn't tell any of these threads are about crosby cause of their titles... oh wait
