Why oh why is Lebda scratched and Ericsson inserted. Lebs has played very well in the past two games and came within inches of scoring a huge goal last game. Furthermore, we've been winning with E out of the lineup. I'm going to earn myself an Ericsson bashing reputation if I'm not careful, but I just don't understand this move.

Todd Bertuzzi is the most interesting man in the world. He once scored a hat trick against his old team, just to see how it would feel.

I can dream cant I?

It'll be a tough game, but the Wings are on fire. Repeat of last game....scary first period , then the Wings start clickin.

5-2 Wings

you're not kidding ledba lilja was solid in the playoffs the last 2 years can't figure this one out

Erickson needs to ponder life and hockey from the press box for a long time

I'd be in the house that would designate him injury only to dress at this point

my 2 cents worth

I will hopefully be there! this game is HUGE, and the Joe is going to be crazy.... 4-0 Wings

Goals: 2xFranzen, Datsyuk, Zetterberg

LETS GO WINGS?

I'm cautiously confident that the Wings can pull this one off. After all, they are on a two game winning streak.

A win and a Nashville regulation loss would result in the Wings taking over 7th place.

This is as close to the playoffs as it gets without it actually being the playoffs. The Wings need to win this one in regulation because they cannot afford to give the Flames any points.

Biggest game of the year here? Probably.

Must. Win.

i was thinking the same thing. i hate to be one over-hyping the importance of any given game, but head-to-head versus calgary is about as big as they get right now. time to start putting a little space between us and ninth!

if datsyuk keeps up his great play and howie has a good game i could see us pulling it off. hopefully we get a big effort from the boys...iginla & co. are going to playing tough tonight.

There is a "." missing here or something, maybe some of these ",". :P

Not that I disagree with the sentiment.
