Ken Holland: He’s (Mursak) a young guy, provides energy, can skate, he’s a puck hound.

Nice to get some good luck rather than bad. Too bad that can't play like that for 60 minutes. Good Win, I am eating my crow, tastes good. I certainly hope the crow tastes just as good IF they make the playoffs. Lets hope they can ride this game thru the end of the season. I am hoping...

BTW, I like that Flip is not dying his hair bleach blonde anymore...

Man, if not for these buzzer beaters, we could have come away with only 3 points on this road trip.

What an awesome game that was. It had such a playoff vibe to it. I think every Wing came through tonight, all contributing. The turnovers are a worry, but it was great to see some of the more maligned Wings (of late) coming up big with the goals.

Oh, and of course Jimmy Howard was fantastic too.

What entertainment!

Who was saying that Z played like s*** tonight? He had almost 22 minutes of ice time, finished with a goal and an assist and was +3 with 9 shots on goal. How is this bad play?

i was pretty close to saying flip>zetta but then he pulls that off! thank the lord no shootout!

they keep finding a way to pull it off. idk how they were really sloppy. guess those 54 shots wore down luongo, more shots always better.

zetterberg and filppula +3 together for the first time and 3 pts for flip. suck that flip haters.

what did i say in the flip and zetterberg thread today? flip z bert. win!

Something I posted 2-3 days ago in the Flip or Hudler thread....

We all just seen the end result...

Another thing I will add is that with the current play of some of the Wings, not shooting when having the puck when their back is to the goal or going to the back hand as much when they can. I discussed this with another member a few times. That was ONE positive on Hudler

Video of Hudler in the 08 SCF against the Pens. The end result may of been different if Hudler adjusted his position and faced the goalie.
