CapnSmitty 39 Report post Posted March 22, 2010 Not really, but what does make me smile is the Fact that Phoenix now has leap frogged the Sharks and are tied with the Blackhawks for 1st in the West....CRAZY!
GMRwings1983 8,794 Report post Posted March 22, 2010 Hey, who knows, maybe being a 4 or 5 seed will be good for them when they're under the radar for a change.
MCleveland89 122 Report post Posted March 22, 2010 Does this make anyone feel better about losing in a shootout to EDM? Makes me feel better about losing to them, but not about the shootout. It's the Wings, it would only make sense we lose in a shootout.

The Sharks have a game in hand. Colorado is in seventh place right now, but I don't expect that to be the case in a few days considering they have TWO games in hand on Nashville. evil204 4 Report post Posted March 22, 2010 Meh. The Wings have the same problem pretty much every year around this time.
RedWingsRox 614 Report post Posted March 22, 2010 Hey, who knows, maybe being a 4 or 5 seed will be good for them when they're under the radar for a change. I'm wondering if that is their strategy this year, to intentionally be 4th and not 1st.
puffy 97 Report post Posted March 22, 2010 San Jose Sharks are like a pornstar with erectile dysfunction. Yes...You have an 11 inch penis, but what good is it if you get too nervous and can't get the damn thing up when it matters most??? 6 55fan, aflac9262, MacK_Attack and 3 others reacted to this

SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted March 22, 2010 Still have a decent amount of time to turn it around, but this is all to common for them unfortuantely. Your gonna have both some highs and lows in terms of streaks in such a lengthy season in any sport no matter how good or bad your team is so I won't be shocked if or when they turn it around, but we all know the song and dance of them bowing out earlier than expected recently. Won't be shocked if that happens either. 1 RedWingFan2k1 reacted to this
CopenhagenWing 38 Report post Posted March 22, 2010 They're just trying to get their losing out of the way early. SJ still haven't found the mix that'll bring them a cup IMO. 1 aflac9262 reacted to this

henrik40 76 Report post Posted March 22, 2010 So say the Sharks finish in the 1 or 2 spot and lose in the first round of the playoffs again. Is McClellan on the hot seat after winning 53 last year and something in the 45-50 (possibly) range this year? Im soo happy for Phoenix this year, I dont really want to play them in the first roud though because I was hoping to cheer on there 1st round a little, I love there fans this year, they create an awesome playing enviroment! It's nice to see Phoenix doing well but of course, the fans start to show up when they realize their team is actually good. I have a friend who routinely goes to the games there and at one point they were having a promotion that if you purchased tickets to a game and the yotes won, you received a free ticket to another game. Just to fill the seats! And this was while they were hovering around that 4-5 slot, as they have been all season.
