Do they have "Family Sections" at the Joe? I've never inquired about that any time I've been there because I've never had to.

Were the security guys in the beer line or something?
I don't know how it is anymore, but back in the day if a fight broke out in the stands at Joe Louis, you'd have three greycoats on you in seconds, happy to beat the living snot out of you for kicks as they threw you out the doors.

The fight looked to be in the middle of a row. Maybe they were afraid of stepping on fellow Canuck fans toes trying to get in there to intervene.

I would have destroyed both of those guys.
The Ducks guy looked like Datsyuk in a fight. Don't know why he wasn't fighting back. Maybe he is a pacifist.

This reminds me of a fight that broke out during a Pistons game I was at earlier this year in January. It was between two kids prolly around the 21-23 age range and it was over the kid accusing the other below him of stealing a chicken tender from him while he was going to the bathroom. Needless to say we were all drenched with beer as the fight broke out, and everyone's scared with parents and they're kids just watching, all because of a missing chicken tender... It's really sad, especially when it's by younger dips*** kids that are drunk and could care less.
