Yeah I think he tried out for the Red Wings around 2002 and didn't make it. Something like that. He at least played a lot of games with the prospect team (with Zetterberg as a teammate but not linemate iirc) and produced decent numbers but obviously not enough to make an impression on the Wings.

Do I dare get my hopes up for a 5th straight win? Of course, I'm not that much of a pessimist.

I'm predicting that the 1st line will stay hot, the 2nd line will get back in the act, and this will be a dominant performance all around. Wings win by 3 or more goals, Rinne gets pulled, Lilja gets revenge on Weber, and guys like Miller, Helm, Eaves, Howard get meal tabs picked up by our vets in light of the unreal taxation debacle.

Yep. Kind of a risky move seeing as how the first ten minutes in NAS can be deadly. But hopefully Jimmy is prepared.

Hopefully J-ho is out to make up for the soft one last night, and comes out on fire!

Looking at the schedule, you realize there is a chance (albeit a small one) that we could run the table. Now wouldn't that be interesting???

GO WINGS!

Pasha is now 5 goals and 11 assists away from milestone marks. He's 16 points from 600 career points, with 8 games to go. I'd love to see him hit the marks. GO PASHA!!!!

With Arnott and Ward out, I wish Osgood would get to play. Back to back and 22 consecutive starts can tire out a goalie pretty badly. These are some crucial points, however.

If we win tonight, I wouldn't be surprised to see several Ozzie starts tonight, however.

You think that is bad. I did nothing but sat on the couch at home all day then to find out your not even going to be able to watch the game.

I ran around crazy all day getting ready for a big surprise party for my stepdad. Now we have a billion people over, but I intend to sequester myself in my room to watch the game. Ha ha. GO WINGS!!

I think in that article the example was drew miller who makes 525,000 per year. The maximum $7,500 is only 1.4% of that.

I'm not defending it and I think it's a horrible tax, but the word "unconstitutional" gets thrown around way too much. Like the fools who think the new health care bill is unconstitutional. It just bugs me.

It'd be a great win to get ahead some more on the playoff race to secure a nice spot. Wings have been playing the best they have all season, let's hope it keeps going from now till the end of the playoffs
Also, our top 2 lines have been great!

Red Wings 4 (Datsyuk, Zetterberg, Franzen, Filppula)

Preds 2

LET'S GO RED WINGS!!!
