Question. As a goalie, why would you ever jump? Is it just instinct? Just seems like if you have to jump then the puck is going over the net.

I cannot believe the Oilers didn't shoot the puck to a Wings player on that delayed PP.

I think it's usually so they can catch it in the chest to freeze it, as it's easier to control a shot of your chest than off your mask. Just my guess though.
