Now that it is official I just want to say that through all the bitching and moaning all year from a lot of people(me included), the boys did it and the streak continues. I'm really proud of them. The faced the adversity very well when it mattered and they got it.

We can beat any team we have to play. I know we can.
We aren't the Calgary Flames and we are not going to get owned by either of those teams. Why such negativity? We may not win the cup but what we did this year with those injuries is pretty impressive and we have looked very good lately. A team that could make a run.

Well if they going to the playoffs they won't get that much needed rest either so look for a injury riddled season next season as well (yeah it's alot due to ALOT of games in little time over the past three years)We can beat any team we have to play. I know we can.

I think we are going to see a different team out there come round 1; a team that can beat Chicago or Vancouver. Whether or not we can keep up that level of play for more than 1-2 rounds... that is my concern.
For now, I'm happy for another playoff birth!

Luongo has been yanked at least twice since the Olympics too. The Sisters are hot that is about it.
