Yeah I actually think that is a big issue. Wings can't play their puck possession game the way they want to with pucks bouncing all over the place. Definitely benefits a grind-it-out team like Phoenix.
Right now I feel like we need something big, momentum changing to turn this around. A Kronwalling, a Franzen run-over-Bryzgalov goal, a Datsyukian jock-strap remover and goal, a magical save by Howard.. ANYTHING.
Swear it's a pattern, seems like Anahiem's rink was this way too..

At least specific players like Filp, Hank. and Cleary are looking to try. Dats has been fine. Franzen and Bertuzzi are playing like Manny Legace as the offense on the ice now.

I like his size more in the theoretical sense.
Lets try to stay positive, the wings can do exactly what the yotes did in game 1 and come out in the 2nd a different team
