Yeah, it seems like Orpik caused it to come off with out a doubt. I hope its a good goal.I do not think the net is matter. It is not the Sens moved the net but Orpik pushed the Sens to move the net.

Kind of annoying because whether or not the net is jarred an inch off the frame has zero impact on the play that was happening in the middle of the goalmouth. How can that not be a goal? The Penguins guy pushed the Ottawa guy into the net. What does it matter if it comes off?
No, you know what we are, we're good. You can't do what we do every single day and not be good." - Mike Babcock

Good call, they just showed a pretty definitive look.I can replay it on my DVR and clearly see the net is off.

If you start a new thread within two hours after a Wings game, specifically a loss, YOU ARE WRONG.

Puck is going in the middle, it shouldn't matter that the post was an inch or two off!
Wasn't there a goal recently that counted even though the net was up off the ice? NHL not knowing its own rules yet again.

That works so long as your team doesn't get burned.it's nice and all that they got the call right, but they gotta come up with a rule that if they can't come to a consensus within 2 minutes then there isn't enough conclusive evidence to overturn the call on the ice.

You realize that Toronto would then take more than 2 minutes any time it related to a Wings disputed goal.
