No score but imagine the Wings coming out today and playing as dominant, especially defensively, as they did Games #4 and #5. This is what I'll be watching for as much as us winning the game itself. If we play the way we have done the last two games I think we will really know that this team is readying themselves for a long Cup run.

Every team is peeking over to our game today boys, let's make that statement!!!!

Go Wings!!!!

Right from Game 1 I had a feeling this series would go to 7 games, and I'm still afraid it might.

I hope I'm wrong though and the guys wrap it up tonight! They certainly should if they just play like they have the last 2 games.

Games 5-7 in a series is where you begin to see the effects of wearing down your opponent. You started to see it on Friday with the Coyotes starting to dish out the hits less and less and the Red Wings more and more. Today, it will be even more apparent. I wish I could be at the Joe today but I am setting my sights on either a round 2 or round 3 game at some point either at the Joe or on the road. Red Wings style of play, superior coaching and commitment to winning has all the makings of another long play-off run with Stanley waiting at the end!

But first things first, let's finish with the Coyotes today and avoid further complications before proceeding to the next round!
