Detroit should be happy with how they played so far. Howard will be fine.

Question: Has Detroit won a single NBC game yet this season?

Nope. TSN crews said we are 2-8 in last two seasons. The one I remember the win against the Penguins in Mellon Arena last season and the one I do not remember. Probably the game at the end of the season against the Jackets?

Yes it was.

So that makes them like 1-6-2 or something like that on Sundays.

But they supposedly changed it up towards the end of the regular season by staying in the city after the game and taking the flight the next day.

I'm pretty sure that after they made a big deal about it they won the next game. They did the same after Game 5. Hopefully they'll win this one!

Can't complain about much in that period EXCEPT the continued turnovers on the backend. Stuart is playing awful thus far, and not just on the PP giveaway.

I am actually very curious about the Wings' record for 2-3 o'clock games on NBC.

They never seem to win those games.

1 and 4 on NBC this regular season. Lost to Chicago, Pittsburgh, & Philly with the lone win being the previously mentioned comeback vs the Hawks.

Someone should make one of them commercials with Laraque's knee-on-knee on kronwall... "What if the Goon didn't f*** up kronwalls knee"

Hahaha. You take a lot of abuse here, most of it self-inflicted. But credit where it's due; this made me LOL.

This game is still completely winnable for us -- we just need to keep up the pressure and pick up the pace a little.

Well I would say we out played them that period except for the few turnovers in the back... Howard possibly could have got that one but whatever, if we don't give up any semi breakaways we are fine.

If we keep playing like this the rest of the game I can't see us losing.
