I'd really like to know how Versus picks the guys to call games. Rick Peckham and Darryl Reigh are the announcers tonight and coincidently during the regular season they call the games for who else...the SHARKS. This is complete bulls*** and totally biased announcing. It's a NATIONAL TV NETWORK, not local. They are obviously pro-San Jose and I can't blame them; I'm sure Ken & Mick would too. But they should put announcers of teams who are out of the playoffs on these games so they don't seem biased...this is complete bulls*** and why I will be watching FSN starting game 3. f*** you Versus and your piece of s*** NHL coverage.

Actually, Peckham call for Tampa and Reaugh calls for the Stars. I don't really have a problem with either of them overall, but Reaugh gave us such head-scratchers as "Mastodonic" and "Vaselinity". Plus, tonight they were pretty anti-Detroit, unlike when they called the Phoenix series where they were pretty level.

Reagh is a moron, but he is Dallas's moron. Versus is just horrendous with picking announcers most of the time. Their policy is NBC's policy is NHL's policy: back the hot team and never question the refs.

Also, more Sam Rosen and Joe Micheletti, and bring back Dave Strader and Darren Pang too.

Anyone but Doc, Edzo, and Pierre Mcguire. Hate those guys, they almost single-handedly spoiled my enjoyment of the '08 finals.

Although Pierre does supply endless entertainment, so I don't really "hate" him.

Daryl Reaugh was out and out cheering for the Sharks. I almost had to turn off the sound. Give me the ghost of Tom Mees.

I actually wish it was San Jose's announcers tonight. I find Hahn and Remenda's commentary to be some of the least biased in the league.

I hate how versus has stupid adds that pop up in the middle of thef****** screen during the game. f*** versus!

This may have been discussed before, but I haven't found anything on it. Does anyone else get interruptions in VS signal? I have BrightHouse and VS signal is total crap. (All other channels are fine.) It cuts out at least twice a minute and it's annoying to try to watch a high paced game when you're getting interruptions. One of these days I'm going to miss an OT goal and be really ticked...
