Rick Peckham and Darryl Reigh are the announcers tonight and coincidently during the regular season they call the games for who else...the SHARKS. This is complete bulls*** and totally biased announcing. It's a NATIONAL TV NETWORK, not local. They are obviously pro-San Jose and I can't blame them; I'm sure Ken & Mick would too. But they should put announcers of teams who are out of the playoffs on these games so they don't seem biased...this is complete bulls*** and why I will be watching FSN starting game 3. f*** you Versus and your piece of s*** NHL coverage. I don't really have a problem with either of them overall, but Reaugh gave us such head-scratchers as "Mastodonic" and "Vaselinity". Plus, tonight they were pretty anti-Detroit, unlike when they called the Phoenix series where they were pretty level. Also, more Sam Rosen and Joe Micheletti, and bring back Dave Strader and Darren Pang too. Anyone but Doc, Edzo, and Pierre Mcguire. I have BrightHouse and VS signal is total crap. (All other channels are fine.) It cuts out at least twice a minute and it's annoying to try to watch a high paced game when you're getting interruptions. One of these days I'm going to miss an OT goal and be really ticked... I spent a lot of time talking over them, but until the Sharks exploded for those 12,000 goals - they were all over the Red Wings. I didn't think they were bad. They said the word optically a few times to talk about Howard being screened on a shot or goal. Are there other ways to see besides optically? I mean can you see auditory or smellatory?
