Every Game we have lost 4-3, first game they got 3 goals for one. second game, we got screwed over by refs. third game, howard diddnt show up. All we have to do is get the lead and play DEFENSE, something the wings dont seem to have this season. dont pinch in when your in the lead by a goal. play defensively, especially in the third period, if the wings do that its a win.. and look at game 7 when we faced the yotes. those were the wings i know, thats how i see us playing in game 4, with all heart, all out sportsmanship. were not out of this, we just got unlucky these last 3 games. howard please dont let in more than 3 goals if your playing.. dont be a scrub, be the goalie we all know you for, the rookie of the year.

ha wouldnt doubt it, i also wouldnt doubt howard letting in 4 goals in the first period

Wow. You've started another "I hate Howard" thread. Wasn't it enough to watch your thread on the topic last night go down in flames, insulted and demeaned by just about everyone who read it?

I seriously doubt this will happen as it hasn't happened yet.

If Babs allowed it to happen (as in Oz doesn't come in after goal #3) then we would need to send him the way of Ol' Yeller.

I seem to remember 3 goals in 1 minute........

Guest Hatethedrake!

The Wings will win the next 4 games in a row and then run the table. 12 in a row to win the Cup.

The games have been close with poor goaltending and poor officiating tipping the balance in each one, making the series on the verge of a sweep. Really any number of things could have happened to make this series completely different. But as close as the series has been, the Wings haven't cashed in on opportunities to win despite the poor officiating and now have zero margin of error, which isn't going to be possible for his team as it is now. I'm hoping/expecting the Wings to win tonight, and maybe even the next one, but they blew three 50/50 games so far and you can't do that against a team with the talent of the Sharks and hope to come back from three games down in a series. It hasn't been done in 44 years for a reason, if a team is good enough to beat you 3 of 3, they are good enough to beat you 1 of 4.
