Funny how we traded him for Tollefsen, a guy who's not even in the Wings future. Basically, we let Leino go for nothing. Still, there's no telling that he would ever have panned out in Detroit. Leino has 16 points, and he missed the first 4 games of the playoffs. He must have trained in a hyperbolic time chamber after the Wings traded him. There's probably plenty of Edmonton/Chicago/Phoenix fans who felt the same way in the 2007-2009 playoffs watching Cleary on TV, as we feel now about Leino.
