It's just been poor officiating this whole season. Walkom's never been particularly good.

LOL, I wondered that myself as well. Blocking shots ain't always about effort though. It can be pretty dangerous if you don't know how to do it, and that's why some players don't do it very often.

Anyway, he even got the puck away from their own zone after that block.
