I guess they also brought some confidential business-sensitive stuff along with them, breaching the Trade Secret Act. There's a small paragraph in there, though, about Wilson inquiring on behalf of Olympia of buying PSE and the Pistons. It sounds like PSE is complaining about a couple client lists and suite pricing, which are not exactly confidential info. The clients on the lists likely already had professional or personal relationships with the marketing people; losing the individual making the sales is worse than the list. As to the suites, short of those offered by promotion, the prices should be relatively easy to figure out. I could see an issue with more detailed financial or management systems, but things like that were not mentioned in the article. It looks more like a sour grapes legal issue over a bunch of people jumping ship to the larger more stable sports organization in town to me. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
