The Eastside Elite Hockey league started as a summer league for junior to pro players to keep in shape in the summer from the metro detroit area. They now have training camps for youth players led by former NHL ers that play in the league. I checked out a game before one of my hockey games at Mt. Clemens ice arena, and I have to say it is some good high level hockey. And it's free!
