New MLB Schedule Format

It took some time, but I finally figured out the logistics of a new MLB Schedule Format, with each team playing every other team both at Home and on the Road. Am I the only one who wants to see the Tigers play the National League more often and see every National League team come to Detroit every season, instead of just three teams each season? I still have the 162-game schedule with 81 Home Games and 81 Road Games for every team. If I didn't, the format wouldn't work. Anyway, I have worked out the kinks and want to see what every fan thinks about my proposed new format. What would you think about such things as a home-and-home series with Washington or Pittsburgh or the Cubs or Milwaukee or Cincinnati? What do you think about playing Minnesota, Chicago, Kansas City, and Cleveland 13 times each season instead of 18 or 19? What would you think about playing the National-League style for 30 games instead of the current nine? What would you think about moving Houston to the American League? Do you think this would help baseball, hurt baseball, or be indifferent? Do you wish you could see pitchers such as Stephen Strasburg, Ubaldo Jimenez, or Tim Lincecum each season? I know I do. But I'm asking you, what do you think?

There is a huge flaw in your format that occurs in basically the first line. If you have 5 teams in every division then you will have an odd number of teams in each league and an interleague series going at all times (or one team from each league being off for three days at a time). Logistics of baseball don't allow this (having time off would mess up pitching rotations). The only way this can be avoided is having even amount of teams in each league.
