Anaheims defence is still weaksauce, but the addition of Kariya and Selanne could make their offence deadly if they re-sign Ryan.

Just in time for another Mighty Ducks flick, starring that vampire dude from the Twilight series.

Good re-signing. Selanne can still bring it at an senior age for hockey.

Hope it turns out as well for them as it did for Colorado in 2004.

The "Diving Duo" could be back together yet again.
According to my profile, my reputation is excellent. LOL.

Kariya must be willing to take a hell of a paycut to be re-united with Teemu. Haven't heard much about the Bobby Ryan situation lately..Guessing talks have been stalled?

Teemu and Paul are such a happy couple. AND, seeing as they'll be living in California....

Not that there's anything wrong with that.....

If we're talking about 40 year old forwards, I'd take Selanne over Modano in a heartbeat. Wonder how much he's gonna cost the ducks.

The guy's been a points machine for a long time now. 48 points in 54 games last season, and the last two times he stayed healthy and played a full season he scored 90+ points.

I would've loved to have Teemu on the Wings. Not so much Kariya though.

Teemu Selanne signed with Anaheim at $3.25 million plus bonuses. Will Ducks sign Kariya next?. It's possible, maybe probable, not definite.

Isn't that a bit too much money?

So Selanne makes exactly 2Mil more than Modano, I know who I would pick for my team.

Is it the 90s again?

Wonder how the fans would treat him. Didnt he guarantee a cup as Captain after the 2003 finals only to bolt for Colorado a year later because he felt like he had a better chance to win the cup there? lol

He's been back for 5 years now. I'm sure they're over it.

*ETA* Aren't you talking about San Jose anyway?

He's talking about Kariya who did promise to bring a cup to Anaheim in 2004, not Selanne.
