Kariya must be willing to take a hell of a paycut to be re-united with Teemu. Haven't heard much about the Bobby Ryan situation lately..Guessing talks have been stalled?

If we're talking about 40 year old forwards, I'd take Selanne over Modano in a heartbeat. Wonder how much he's gonna cost the ducks.
The guy's been a points machine for a long time now. 48 points in 54 games last season, and the last two times he stayed healthy and played a full season he scored 90+ points.
I would've loved to have Teemu on the Wings. Not so much Kariya though.

Teemu Selanne signed with Anaheim at $3.25 million plus bonuses.Will Ducks sign Kariya next?. It's possible, maybe probable, not definite.
Isn't that a bit too much money?
So Selanne makes exactly 2Mil more than Modano, I know who I would pick for my team.

Wonder how the fans would treat him. Didnt he guarantee a cup as Captain after the 2003 finals only to bolt for Colorado a year later because he felt like he had a better chance to win the cup there? lol
