There aren't enough minuses possible on this board for this post.beatles suck anyways, that frickin traitor. Even if he was pressured into it he should have said no, he's a knight he does what he wants.
And for those who may be too young to know, McCartney had a band after The Beatles called Wings.

Listen to what the man said, Paul.
Hmm, maybe Paul hasn't escaped the Blue Meanies just yet.

Either way, it is a totally lame move. Just go out play your songs and if you are that worried about offending someone in Pittsburgh, then they are softer than ever imagined.

Maybe Obama asked him to apply the Shizburg decal during their recent "Liberal Lovefest" at the White House.

I hate to throw politics into the mix, but...............
Maybe Obama asked him to apply the Shizburg decal during their recent "Liberal Lovefest" at the White House.
wha...? No.
Why would the president care about that? I think you need to lay off the conspiracy juice.
Besides... who asked him to do it has already been posted in the thread.
Taken from the article echolalia already posted...
So Penguins president David Morehouse and Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl sprung into action -- before McCartney’s second show at the new arena on Thursday.
Morehouse provided a Pittsburgh Penguins sticker, and Mayor Ravenstahl presented it to McCartney Thursday afternoon, along with a proclamation honoring his historic performance here.

Pittsburgh never fails to prove itself as one of the doucheyist cities in America.Strange how only Pittsburgh made that kind of move, considering Paul has played in every other US hockey city.
