I'm not surprised he was having a hard time finding a contract but I figured ultimately he'd land somewhere with a team this season on a 1 yr 500k deal as a 6/7 guy. Maybe he just didn't care to go through that. Or maybe he just had fun on TSN and figured he could do that. Either way, it seems strange as it seems like he has some hockey left in him.
