rumour: Mike Comrie has agreed to contract with the Penguins.

Ryan Rishaug says 1 year for Comrie.

I'd want to leave Edmonton too.

Not a bad deal for the Penguins. I guess Hilary's the main bread-winner anyways.

Why do they need another center, when they have the best top three centermen in the NHL?

The Pens are screwed. After losing Gonchar, I expect them to struggle. Every time that he was out in the last two years, the team tanked.

I heard that they're going to move Staal to the wing so he can play top six minutes with top six linemates.

Paul Martin isn't a terrible replacement.

hopefully for the pens he can play wing. crosby, malkin and staal are centre (even though malkin would be better served on crosby's wing) so unless he wants to play on the 4th line when staal gets back he better diversify.

What's the deal with Comrie? He has 20 and 30 goal seasons but no team seems to want to keep him. Is he too much of a jaggoff? Too lazy on D? Whats the deal?
