All I know is it'll be on in Texas on the NHL network.

Meanwhile, I was doing drudge-type stuff this morning, thinking about feeling really bad for myself. Till I remembered the WINGS ARE GONNA BE ON THE TUBE TONIGHT. And my little heart soared just thinking about it. It's kinda like the NFL ads. All's right with the world after all. At least through tonight. :)

Updates:

Detroit Red Wings forwards Johan Franzen and Jiri Hudler skated this morning at Joe Louis Arena. Neither will play in tonight's exhibition game against the Chicago Blackhawks. They are listed as day-to-day.


Franzen (charley horse) couldn't skate full speed or have any contact. He won't play Saturday in Chicago, and coach Mike Babcock said he probably won't play Sunday at home against the New York Rangers.


Hudler (bruised left foot) was skating well as he broke in new skates. Babcock said there is a possibility he could play Sunday.

Glad the Mule wont be risking it, but this still has me worried even though theyre calling it a charley horse. Mule and Hudler were were two players I was most looking forward to seeing score a lot of goals this season, lets keep em healthy!

Doesn't matter where you're really physically located, if you use Firefox, foxyproxy and a free U.S. proxy server.

No need to be so hostile guys, we're supposed to all be friends here. There will be streams online and also it will be broadcasted on cable for some.I won't be it because I live in Tennessee, but im sure Metro Detroit as well as Chicago area will get it.

I'm at the Joe. Just watched the warm ups. Detroits line up is as expected. Chicago however, no Toews, no Hossa , no Keith, no sharp,no Kane, no seabrook or Turco.
This better be an easy win to break Joe Louis Arena in for the season.

Yeah I heard the only regular Chicago is starting is Campbell, otherwise the rest are prospects.

If we don't win by 8 tonight I'll be disappointed.
