Jackson on my kindle. I am now ready to be a daddy. / *Checks Router* No, I'm positive I didn't hit the "Wings Defense Sucks" button. Electrophile - I'm just glad the Wings were able to win despite the Curse of Brian. ACallToArms - I think Trey needs to put something about payroll tax and deferred income in his sig... Edicius - I'd rather [have] a soundbite of me saying "I like (man sausage)" rather than "I like Crosby".

people like to rip you down on this site...especially if your new or if you talk s*** about maltbyCannot understand why some veteran posters here are quick to jump on new posters/new fans for what appears to be a legit question.
IMHO it's not the best way to make a new impression, nor is it a very welcoming gesture...Glad to see new posters here, and new fans from around the country

Ahhh that makes sense. I've always wondered why they went with different lettering in the preseason.I think it has something to do with the fact that it's easier to produce the jerseys if they do the font that way, seeing as how you have not only the regular team members but also prospects and FA tryouts and so forth.

The real reason the font is different: The Red Wings organization, in an effort to save money, are buying their jerseys from off-shore retailers located in China. Everyone knows they can never get the fonts right on those knock-off jerseys...

This thread signals the beginning of the Wings season to me. Now get to bickering about goalies and who is lazy and sucks. 
I make 1 or 2 posts a week tops. Sometimes they're gold, sometimes they're crap, but the end weight is the same.
