Wings 1 (deflection off a Duck's skate)
14 goals for the Wings called back. League stands by its officials. Other fans say we're paranoid and have delusions of persecution. The only goal counts because it occurs with less than 20 seconds left in the game and the officials realize they can't let it go to overtime since Babs' glare has already melted the ice to the point where they can barely skate.
Wings win. Ducks cry foul.
RIP MicMichSteve. I was fortunate to have called you my friend.

Wings 2, Anaheim Franchise 1
I've got a feeling it's gonna be one of those nights where we make the other team's goalie look far better than he really is.

Good to see our top three lines healthy and our whole D healthy. As long as that stays the norm all season we should get to 100 points again with no problems!!!
Abdelkader (ribs) and Draper (groin) are out.
Kindl (healthy scratch)
HankthaTank - Squirrels, they hate to be thrown. / Why is the magical unicorn named Brian... Jedi - I just downloaded the "kids" book, "Go the F--k to Sleep" as narrated by Samuel L. Jackson on my kindle. I am now ready to be a daddy. / *Checks Router* No, I'm positive I didn't hit the "Wings Defense Sucks" button. Electrophile - I'm just glad the Wings were able to win despite the Curse of Brian. ACallToArms - I think Trey needs to put something about payroll tax and deferred income in his sig... Edicius - I'd rather [have] a soundbite of me saying "I like (man sausage)" rather than "I like Crosby".

"During Robert Lang’s time in Detroit, he caused me anguish. Other times he brought me and my family great joy. Robert Lang occasionally coasts, and spends time searching for the best pane of glass to best view the reflection of his flowing mullet. Other times he is a strong-armed force with the puck. I never knew what to expect from Robert Lang. He is The Enigma. " - A2Y

Wings win, Hank with the hat trick, you know the deal. Let's kick some ass.
"People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but *actually* from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint - it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly... time-y wimey... stuff." -- The Doctor

Their D looks horrible.
You're not kidding. Just 18 months ago we were all terrified of Pronger-Niedermeyer-Beachiman-Whitney-Wisnieski, and now look at them....

And a low tolerance for them telling me how to lean
See the most important parts are the ones that are unseen
The Wings don't make you fly and the Crown don't make you king
Now God don't like ugly, ain't too happy bout pretty
I am ignorance's enemy so stay out of the vicinity of...
