I'm so glad he got his first goal so quickly. No case of nerves for this guy!
First goal on first shift and first shot, doesn't get any better.... Except that is was a beautiful one too! No garbage goals here.

No, he may be home but that is a really poor idea for a nickname.

Modano Mo Problems, or just Mo Problems. At least that's what I've been calling him.

Why?
Because he'll be causing Mo Problems for the other teams. (I'm all about cheesy/bad nicknames. . . )

- Frozen-Man, roboturner and Howard He Do It?! like this

Sig courtesy of TeeMan
Pavel datsyuk is the best player in the world because he snatches the puck from unsuspecting forwards, then dangles 2 defenceman, and follows it up by doing "the datsyuk" on his victims, then calmly skates back to his bench ,and goes home to his girlfriend back in the motherland.

My money on the board pledge:
$1 for each goal scored by a player after whom I have named a hamster.
An additional $5 for each hat trick scored by a player after whom I have named a hamster.

An additional $50 if it is the GWG that wins us the Cup.

Hamsters' names (current players in RED): Henrik Pavel Tomas Nicklas Dominik
Niklas Matthieu Daniel Robert
Johan Andreas Valtteri Jonathan
Andrew Patrick Ian Todd
And introducing: Jordin Damien Gustav James

I call him Mo. The restaurant he owns with Brett Hull here in Dallas is called "Hully and Mo", so I just use Mo.

It's a really nice place, too, huh, Jedi? Last time I was there, Turco was there. Guess that's over, eh?
I have always called Modano "Mikey Mo" ...or "the Lost Osmond" as my friend in Atlanta refers to him.

I thought you meant he'll cause more problems for us, hah. Yours is better though.

I think Mike Motown is better reserved for someone who has spent of their life here improving the city, team, etc. Although I get the play on words. Mike Ilitch would be a better suited "Motown Mike".
