Guest Crymson Report post Posted October 24, 2010 Yeah, it kinda looked like Lilja gave it away. I mean Datsyuk is Datsyuk but still... Lilja lacks hockey smarts. We have seen this before at far too many times. In this case, even his intimate knowledge--honed by FIVE SEASONS of everyday experience--of Datsyuk's style didn't save him from being horribly fooled. Hockeytown0001 7,652 Report post Posted October 25, 2010 The game before, as he dangled Mikael Backlund before passing to Nick for the one-timer goal.
titanium2 867 Report post Posted October 25, 2010 The game before, as he dangled Mikael Backlund before passing to Nick for the one-timer goal. I thought that was pretty noticeable though because he had him going back and forth. Last night I didn't really notice him dangle anyone until I saw the replay a couple times. Guest Crymson Report post Posted October 27, 2010 I still say we trade Salei back to Anaheim for Lils. Aye. The level to which Datsyuk made him look like a moron last weekend definitely spurred my interest in him returning to the Red Wings.

Um, that's a tux? Or he's using Tucks now that he's with the Ducks? Or he's using Tucks 'cuz he didn't have the luck to duck a ducky *uck from a yucky puck schmuck who makes me upchuck on that team that sucks worse that the Canucks with no Happy Clucks? Lilja just does not belong in that paragraph at all. 1 ChelisChick reacted to this
