Not really loving the fact we have to travel to play a team who haven't played since Saturday after we played a tough game on Tuesday that went right to a shootout. Seriously, I can't believe they wouldnt offer him a paycheque to retire with the franchise he gave his twenty years to. What a slap in the face! Judging by some of the comments on the Stars board, the reaction would be pretty mixed. I would hope the reaction would be a warm welcome. Its not like Mike asked to leave, the organization kicked him out. I know there will probably be a few "Modano sucks" signs in the crowd held up by ignorant fans, but I hope the majority of the crowd gives him the respect he deserves.
