Preds are playing well and are coming off a bad loss to the Blues.. Couple that with Ozzie's diminished confidence and performance - it can't be good.

2-5 Preds with the easy win .. (Hank, Lids)

LGW

 :nonono:

Pee on that. If the majority of the team shows up, we win. Simple as that. :)

How often do you play a game where if you lose, you're on the bottom of the division and if you win, you're on the top (potentially). The central is crazy strong. And in saying that, PLEASE WIN.

Filppula had about a million chances last game to shoot but disappointingly didn't. He's due for a goal.

I'm going to be in Windsor for the weekend seeing family, so I picked up tickets and will be at The Joe! Go Wings! I'll be wearing my new Holmstrom jersey.

I actually got 5 tickets together the night before the game, so it won't be a sell out!

I think Ozzie is due for a good game, we'll win 4-2. Goals scored by Zetterberg, Datsyuk, Franzen, and Helm. As usual, I don't care who scores for the Preds, they can go "suck it!" :P

All I'm gonna say is the Wings better come out of the gate inspired for this one.

Agreed.

For over a year now we've been doing the same thing. Only showing in the last 30 or 40 minutes, or sometimes the opposite where we blow a lead. Sick of it.

Gotta play the full 60. Sounds so cliche now because its said every week but its true.

"cause we know Nashville will score four"

Lol. Pretty much.

When Ozzie starts, I expect no less than a three goals against. I always tell people, if the opponent has five, you know who started.

And up until last game, he used to blame everybody but himself for his woes. Drove me nuts. It was always that Babcock doesn't believe in him, our won't play him for three weeks straight so he can get on a role. Our defence didn't help him or our offense didn't score. His audacity was infuriating. But, I listened to the post game interview with him after last game, and he was finally owning up to the fact that he might be to blame.

On to the game. I think whatever happens will depend on Rinne. Suter and Lombardi are out. Their line-up is pretty thin to begin with. With Nashville, if they beat us, its usually thier goaltending or they just flat out work us. I would venture to say, if they beat us with four or more goals, it will be another couple bad goals on Osgood that is to blame.

Prediction: 4-2 Wings.

Lidstrom, Franzen, Holmstrom, Helm (open net)

Only 2 on Ozzy because I just don't believe in Nashville offence. Otherwise, like I said, 3 is my floor with Chris.

Not got much hope for this one since Osgood is in the net, it will be a tight one though i think...

the only significant injuries to nashville that are listed are Suter, Lombardi... Goc is a role-player and doesn't matter if Rinne is in the net or not they got a swedish monster 6'6 goalie Lindbäck, nashville will also dress swedish player Linus Klasen who has scored 7 goals in 10 games in the AHL

So abdelkader is in for someone on third like (praise jesus). Question is who? I say sit modano. :runs:

I agree, sit Modano, I want to see Hudler - Abdelkader - Cleary

2 guys to grind it out and Hudler can float around waiting for another empty net to miss.
