as other have said Crosby loves to jump and fight guys who have about two fighting majors under their belts so he can feel like the second coming of Gordie Howe or something. I also hate that his team got it's ass kicked and yet his fight is all that was highlighted from that game.

One magical day, he's going to run up against someone who knows how to fight and they're going to beat him within an inch of his life. My heart of hearts hopes it's someone like when he fought zidliky (although not zidliky obviously) Just some random european D man who isn't going to take an ass beating from the NHL's poster boy.

That "fight" against the Panthers was such a ***** move by Crosby. He basically attacked the guy and it was because they were losing. It's things like that which makes me hate him. He is a good player but he will never fight anyone who actually fights.

I don't consider them big time fighters. 2 or 3 fights a year is not a fighter.

Crosby jumps the wrong guy in ballard and gets his ass kicked, but still finds time to do the ***** thing and hit the guy after he's got the take down.

Surely they aren't heavyweights, but they have some fighting experience.

I really hope you don't legitimately expect Crosby to challenge Boogard or Macintyre haha.

And yeah he lost the Ballard fight i wouldn't say he got his "ass kicked", he lost pretty decisively, but he didn't get ko'd or anything, but at least he dropped the gloves with him and took some shots. You bash him because he ragdolls, you bash him because he wears a visor, you bash him because he doesn't challenge fighters, you bash him because he loses a fight, you bash him because he fights, you bash him because he doesn't fight. Ahh jealousy...

I didn't bash him for anything above. I said he doesn't fight fighters, which he doesn't. I bash him because he attacked the Panther player in a crying baby fit. I bash him because he whines. I bash him because he goes after people when he is frustrated. He is a hell of a player but I would respect him more if he just played and didn't try fighting guys because he is losing and frustrated.

A great example is when he went after Zetterberg with about 10 cross checks to his back all because the baby was shut down. What did you think about him going after Z like that ?

I'm not jealous in the least.

I'm not bashing him for any other reason right now, then to say he picks his fights and runs around like he's superman cause he's gotten in a few fights.

Here i'll use a guy who's not very well liked around here to prove my point. He's no Jerome Iginla. Iggy is a guy I respect, because even though he has fought with a visor and even though he's often a trapshooting prick, he'll answer the bell when it's rung and he won't pick the smallest guy on the ice either.

I'll say it again: what pissed me off more than the 10 crosschecks to Z's back was the fact that it was Jimmyf****** Howard who went after Crosby. Kronwall also had a clear shot after they'd been separated and didn't so much as look in the same direction as Crosby, let alone say anything (God forbid!)... just terrible.

I really hate how Crosby gets in a fight and it's suddenly big news on ESPN and the first two highlighted stories on NHL.com. Why is it such a big deal? Didn't do much, Pens lost 5-2. I understand he is a posterboy, but it's just gets terribly annoying that it's suddenly the only story worth talking about.
