Wow, Great GDT! Really shows that you put a lot of work in it.

I'm going with a 4-3 Victory for the Wings, though the score would indicate it being much closer than it actually is. I think Val and Huds are due for a big game.

Calgary has been really shakey this year. They just got a win so they probably won't have much desperation. I don't expect a walloping in this game, I think it'll be pretty well played both ways, but Detroit pulls out a 4-1 win. Zetterberg, Hudler, Cleary, Bertuzzi -- Iginla. He's about due a few goals.

Iginla just scored a hat trick against the Chicago Blackhawks. Lol. But that's the Blachawks. I think this game will ultimately be won or loss by goaltending.

Finally an early game and it starts at 11pm my time! wohooo

Sometimes though i feel like babcock has a bit of a blueadams touch when he keeps juggling and changing lines, isn't it more fair to give players time to jell and get chemistry, i know he wants to get hudler going but it might not happen ever this season and there's no need to keep such player on the team.

You want to give up on him already...

Yes it's been close to 20games and he hasn't shown anything what so ever...now in hindsight it was a fail signing, no one can deny that.

Would like to see some scoring from the top line this game. Pav looked a bit sloppy last game and haven't scored a goal in a while so I hope he can get it going.

I think he's shown some good tendencies since being paired with Filppula. Yes I'm disappointed with him so far but it's way too soon to give up on him when we know from before what he can do. Last year we had a sort of similar situation with Leino and because the team was struggling we couldn't give him the time to find his game. This year the team isn't struggling so we can give Hudler time. If he finds his way back to becoming the player he was for us 2 seasons ago he could be extremely valuable for us in the playoffs.

Hudler's been garbage, there's no doubt about it, but last game he actually looked decent to me. I noticed a nice backchecking play as well as him creating some chances for himself. He wasn't doing that early on. The only reason he didn't score again is because Backstrom made a really nice pad save.

If he stops creating chances for himself and his teammates (aka: actually hustling), then take him out.

Eaves scratched?

esteef

Don't trust what's up there, read the news instead (mlive, freep etc) babcock has yet to decide who sits for this game

For instance:

"Wings' Babcock pondering lines for Calgary

What the lines will be Sunday against Calgary remains to be seen, as coach Mike Babcock is reconsidering his rotation of sitting in turn Patrick Eaves and Drew Miller."

I hope hudler's feeling like s*** and is aware of the situation and thinking of how good Leino has it on another team, and maybe demand a trade, hopefully hudler's trade value hasn't sunk to bottom low and they can get something back
