Decided to get this one going a bit early as I'm flying out of town today and won't have a chance to do it later on. Go Wings!!

I thought the GDTs were going to be revamped with an all-new design. What happened to that?

Finally don't have to watch a game on my computer. I was hoping to go to this one but thanks to it falling on Thanksgiving Eve, no such luck. Oh well

Cleary will be fine, Modano too!

Interesting, that Babcok considers to sit someone else than Miller or Eaves!

I could never ever put into words how excited I am for this game for one big reason.

I'LL BE THERE!

yup first ever red wings game I'm going to be attending (hell my first ever NHL game was last friday lol). After religiously following them and watching just about every game that I could for the past 10 years and being a fan since I was 6 it's finally time.

Awesome, too bad it's not at the Joe. The Atmosphere of the Joe is just fun for me. I recommend getting their early, so you can get your drink on in advance. I don't know how the fans are in Atlanta, but I've been to four other arena's, and wearing a Wings Jersey always causes at least a little friction. I still do it every time I go to a game out of state though :)

Well, I'm 20 so all my pre-drinking will be before I get to the stadium >_>. Or I wonder what would happen if I just showed them my Mexican ID that has no indication of a date of birth besides a seemingly random sequence of numbers. And as for it not being at the joe, well yeah I'd rather it be there but I have an aunt that lives in atlanta so I came to visit her for a week with the whole trip planned around the game lol

this will be my first NHL game.

High five! It was also gonna be my first but I got here on Thursday night and bought some 10 dollar tickets for the Caps game on friday and the isles on sunday. I'll probably get a ticket for the canadiens on friday as well as I leave on saturday.

Negative. I was at this game last time they played in Atlanta. It was packed with southern Wings fans.
