I'm mad because this is the first year I won't be able to go because I have to work. I used to work right by the Hiller's in Northville too.

By the way, Kronner has been ringing bells all season long!

I'm going to Hockeytown Authentics tomorrow. Hopefully getting my hat signed and a friends hat. Well worth the $20, and it goes to a good cause. Wish I had my Stanley Cup Freep book, I'd like to get that signed, but oh well.

Yea Homer was at meijer on middlebelt road. Me and a buddy went, got in line around 5, and he was there by 550. Got two things signed. But when the security guard saw my other 2 things, he said "One thing only", and hurried me out. But it was free, and we were in and out by 620, so overall not too bad.

The Salvation Army isn't my favorite charity. However, it's a good cause and in the holiday spirit, I have an idea that I usually partake in this time of the year:

So many people complain when they get odd change or stuff at the grocery store or Wal-Mart or what have you... so, unless you're hard pressed for every cent (and I know what that feels like), why not keep out the change you get back while shopping to toss in the bucket? It may not seem like a lot, but every little bit helps... and at the same time it rids you of a possible 'inconvenience', and might even make you feel good about yourself.

There, I did something.. uh... holiday cheerish. Now I can go back to being my Grinch-like self.

Also, it's good to see the Wings help in small ways with causes like this. Too many people out sleeping with inadequate clothing and shelter this time of year, especially in a place as miserable in the late fall/winter as the midwest.
