haroldsnepsts 4,826 Report post Posted December 12, 2010 Jeez. who was that Devils player who just let Flip skate around him and pick the puck up off the boards?? Not exactly a lot of hustle out there for New Jersey.

HockeytownUW 18 Report post Posted December 12, 2010 uh oh he got someone's name wrong i hate that guy! and I didn't even mention how many times he drops some of his favorite phrases: "flexes on" "DRIVEEE!!!" etc etc. It's really just his voice, I can't stand it. Shouldn't complain too much though, 2 Wings goals in less than 90 seconds.
Barrie 900 Report post Posted December 12, 2010 Watching the NJ feed -- I'm actually enjoying their commentators, much to my pleasant surprise. Me too. No complaints so far. Typical pro Devils comments, but nothing to over the top, just what's normally expected.

haroldsnepsts 4,826 Report post Posted December 12, 2010 Great pass by Z! Did Kronwall get a shot off? Quite the pick there they put on Lidstrom.
DatsyukianDekes 2,428 Report post Posted December 12, 2010 Draper already more of an impact in the first 20 minutes than Hudler has been the last 2 games. 2 Esquire and Electrophile reacted to this
Guest Stolberg Report post Posted December 12, 2010 i honestly haven't noticed draper once in any of the games he has played maybe that's a good thing?
haroldsnepsts 4,826 Report post Posted December 12, 2010 (edited) i honestly haven't noticed draper once in any of the games he has played maybe that's a good thing? including this one? He's already been involved in a great scoring chance. As for the others, I didn't either. But I don't think he played very many minutes. Wow. and there was another nice setup by Drapes to Eaves. haroldsnepsts 4,826 Report post Posted December 12, 2010 What is Kronwall doing? A poorly timed pass to Datsyuk. then just plain misses Salei. I seriously wonder about his focus sometimes.
Guest Stolberg Report post Posted December 12, 2010 seems like kronwall has periods during every game where he just spaces out

Guest Crymson Report post Posted December 12, 2010 Why did they just focus the camera on Homer's eyebrow?
haroldsnepsts 4,826 Report post Posted December 12, 2010 Why did they just focus the camera on Homer's eyebrow? The camera operator was probably setting the backfocus. You typically zoom into someone's eyes because it's an easy spot on a persons face to tell if focus is soft. Then adjust focus and widen back out and your focus is set. dragonballgtz 273 Report post Posted December 12, 2010 Why did they just focus the camera on Homer's eyebrow? He wasn't ready for his close up lol The audio and video are not in sync... I hate that.
Barrie 900 Report post Posted December 12, 2010 Any way we can send Hudler down to GR to give him some confidence? I'd rather see Draper out there.
Jedi 1,865 Report post Posted December 12, 2010 Any way we can send Hudler down to GR to give him some confidence? I'd rather see Draper out there. If you want to expose him to waivers, sure. And even if he made it past waivers, there's zero chance he'd make it back on re-entry waivers. Whoever picks him off re-entry waivers would get him at half salary, and Detroit would have to pick up the tab for the other half. That's why Meech is still down in GR, because the Wings don't want to expose him to re-entry waivers.

Follow it up with a mental conditioning stint in GR?
