rumour that the Wings are looking at this kid and may be offering him a contract.
Has good numbers at the Uni of Michigan, not sure of his status as he was drafted
by the Rangers in '07.

He was really talked about in sweden a few years ago but haven't heard from him since he left for the US and A

I just took a look at his stats and he has 19 points in 19 games this year as well as 50 in 45 last season.

I really like watching Hagelin at UM. He has great speed and can handle the puck. I read that the Rangers might not sign him possibly because both sides aren't happy with each other. I also saw a quote from a scout that said he wouldn't be surprised if the Wings signed him, so probably just a rumor right now but if the Rangers don't sign him then I would love to see the Wings get him.
