Ummm... you just exposed yourself as a totally fake fan. The truth always comes out. To say that only 300 fans do it shows your complete lack of knowledge whatsoever, even about your own fanbase. To even attempt to make this argument shows how absolutely intellectually bankrupt you truly are.

I don't believe you've ever been to a Hawks game against the Wings, because EVERYONE, I repeat EVERY SINGLE FAN chants that during a game.

I didnt mean only 300 fans do it when we play the Wings, of course more people do it then (I thought you were smart enough to figure that one out, guess not). I meant the 300 or so that do it when we are playing OTHER teams. You expect it when we are actually playing the Wings, I just meant all the times it happens when we ARENT playing them. It makes our fan base look bad, and any true Hawks fan hates that they do it.

I undersand that, I just think its stupid to make a post because someone makes on or two grammar mitakes, especially on a message board. I know my grammar isnt perfect, and I dont care enough to proof read it before I post it. I usually just type it out and as long as it looks somewhat understandable, I post it. Nobody is getting graded on this, and the only reason I fixed my above post was because I was calling someone a moron and I knew once someone seen that, they would point it out, which you did right on cue.

Speak for yourself. Clearly you have no clue what you are talking about. So, the detroit sucks chants from 02 to 07 were orchestrated by whom? Hint: the only people who went to games in those days were those who knew and liked the Hawks. Believe me, I know, I was there. Hating detroit/the wings is an integral part of being a Chicago/Hawks fan. I've never heard a Hawks fan say that before. The chant was started in the 80s. There was no bandwagon bulls*** back then.

I'm friends with some Blackhawk fans, good hockey fans but when Detroit gets brought up they get this irrational hatred. Sort of like Wings fans feelings toward the Avalanche back in the day, or Pittsburgh and Anaheim now. The only difference is I'm not sure what happened to cause this eternal hatred. It's crazy intense on their part.

I was at the game and was pretty disappointed... They spent more time booing Detroit than they did cheering their own team. The Chelios thing was ridiculous and he looked a little upset after being booed even louder when he asked them to let bygones be bygones. Hell, they were booing/heckling his Mom!

I've never been to a Chicago game, but I will say that the LA fans would probably give them a run for their money. Few years back I wore my Wings Jersey to a game in LA. Several cigarette burns later, it was my most prized jersey. By the end of the first period two security guards escorted me and my friends around. Literally, they walked with us to the smoke point, or to go get beer, or to the bathroom, because in addition to the fact that the LA fans were obnoxiously drunk and hostile, we were becoming drunk and hostile in return

LA needs to replace beer sales with weed. Go to a game high, and see if you have any desire to get into a fight. You're more likely to spend 20 minutes trying to figure out the meaning of the Jumbo-Tron.
