So does this mean there's a chance they call someone up. I'd like to see Mursak, Emmerton, Filppula, or Tatar get some time in the NHL so we know what we have for next year.

Hopefully Babs won't replace our best player with our worst (Draper)
How about bringing in Kindl and moving Ericsson up to forward as an experiment?

Think that might mess up his development?

Here's a wonderful opportunity for all our players who aren't performing the way they want to grab the reins and lead this team.

Man, hate this. Hope some guys can step up.

Heard from some at the game that he messed up his shoulder, saw walking out of the Joe in a sling.

I thought Pav was gunning for 100pts this year for sure. My interest in hockey just took a hit. Right away I could tell by the way his arm bent that he was in trouble.
Finally someone that can post with actually integrity, nice to see. --Carman

Man, I hope this spurs everyone else to greatness.
The Vladinator He earned the NHL Plus/Minus Award in 1995-96, with a plus/minus difference of plus-60. The +60 has been the highest rating a player has finished with in the past 20 seasons, since Wayne Gretzky finished with a +70 in the 1986-87 NHL season

A sling would be to keep the hand elevated to keep the swelling controlled. The shoulder is most likely fine.

The difference is Pavs elevated his game last year while Hank was out and started clickign with Bert... Pavs can carry the team while Z is injured, as he has quite a few times the past couple years, but I am not sure if Hank can do the same consistantly as he did tonight. The diffference tho is that Pavs had NO ONE to work with last year while Hank has Fil, Franzen, Bertuzzi, Cleary, Hudler, Homer... so the team should be able to dig their way through the month until Pavs comes back.

Very depressing news.

Hopefully the pain will be eased with a Mursak call-up...
