If it was after a clean hit I could see the reasoning behind why you wouldn't like it but that hit really didnt look clean to me. Got his hands up pretty high if you ask me A little high maybe, though I'd call it clean. But you'd think Meyer had pulled a Claude Lemieux based on Boston's reaction. Ridiculous. I like Boston, but that wasn't a dirty hit, and Lucic is a big boy. I go to fight sites plenty and youre right about everyone hating him. But to me the ones who hate Lucic are the old dinosaurs who expect anyone who fights to fight guys like Orr (which looch did) or Boogard. Lucic is a top 6 player not an enforcer, he really shouldn't fight guys unless they are top 6 players or a contributor in some way like Clarkson for example. Stepping up and fighting Orr did absolutely nothing for him or his team. Lucic doesn't fight a tonne of tough guys but he does fight and sticks up for himself and his team when he needs to. Still he's fighting with: Orr (2x), Erskine (2x), Ivananas, Boulton, Oreshkovich, Neil, Boll, Brookbank, Clarkson... those are TOUGH guys. Lučić isn't PERRY or Carcillo so stop making these STUPID comments. Why he's hated - ask Montreal fans why they hate him and then ask them would they like to have him on their rosters.
