He certainly deserved the win tonight. I would have been angry with the team if they let him down after a performance like that!

Congrats Ozzie and hopefully now that this milestone is achieved you can go on to win many more!

I suppose we shouldn't be surprised on how he got this win. He's gotten a lot of them where he perhaps needed a soft goal to sharpen him up mentally.

I grew up watching Osgood and the wings in the 90's so I was really glad to see him finally reach 400 wins and against Colorado. Way to go Ozzie!

I hope that now that the milestone is out of the way he can play better consistently. I'm sure this win had been weighing on his mind someone, a bit of a distraction when he's playing.

I was at the game and it was SO exciting! The "Ozzie" chants by Wings fans were great! I am so glad I got to be there for his big win!

Yep your right, Vernie's 300th win was against the Avs, it was also the same game as the brawl where he fought Patrick Roy
